It hurt either way," Montag said. "I'm obsessed with fitness but it's impossible to work out with these boobs. "It's heartbreaking. I can't live an everyday life." Ryan's handiwork didn't just transform her chest. Work on her face left her unrecognizable to loved ones and made her a poster child for excessive plastic surgery.
